WHITEVILLE—Victor “Prince” Jones, 59, of 5827 James B. White Highway South, Whiteville, NC died Saturday, July 19, 2025, at home.

The funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday, August 3, at Peoples Funeral Chapel.  Cremation will follow.

Viewing will be at the funeral home Saturday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Sunday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Surviving are his daughter, Cassandra Jones-Hatcher of Lacey, WA; son, Victor Jones, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; mother, Alice Jenrette of the home; sisters, Vivian Jones of Albemarle, NC, Gloria Jones and Diane Jones of Bronx, NY, Tracy Jones of Jacksonville, FL, and Yolanda Shaw of Loris, SC; brothers, James W. Jones of Whiteville, Michael Jones of Jersey City, NJ, and Stephen Shaw of New Castle, DE.
