EVERGREEN, NC—William Franklin “Terry” Huggins, 83, of 544 Otis & Donnell Nixon Road, Evergreen, NC, died Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Liberty Commons.

The funeral will be 1:00 PM Thursday, September 25, at Peoples Funeral Chapel.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Surviving are his daughter, Betty Huggins of Orrum, NC; sons, Larry Huggins of Lake View, SC, William Huggins and Terry Lynn Huggins of Lumberton, NC; brother, Jerry Huggins of Whiteville.
