Willie McKnight Obituary
ROSEBORO—Willie Ed McKnight, 78, of Roseboro, died Sunday, February 17, at Highland House in Fayetteville.
He was the son of the late James McKnight and Ester Rouse McKnight of the Welches Creek Community.
The funeral will be 3:00 PM Saturday, February 23, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville by Pastor Tony Bell. Burial will be in the Welches Creek Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 2:30 to 3:00 PM, at which time the family will receive friends.
Surviving are his daughter, Marcella Jones of Mullins, SC; sons, Willie Jr., and Jonathan; stepdaughter, Eugenia Pajardo; brothers, Ronald McKnight and Archie Lee McKnight of Bronx, NY, Johnny Lorenzo McKnight of Baltimore, MD, and Wilson McKnight of Abingdon, MD; and fiancée, Minnie Ingram of Roseboro.
