FAYETTEVILLE, NC—Dr. Wilson Alexander Lacy, 74, of 1915 Eichelberger Drive, Fayetteville, NC, formerly of Bladenboro, NC, died Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
He was a member of the Army National Guard and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
A Celebration of Life Tribute will be Thursday, September 29, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters, 10225 Fayetteville Road, Raeford, NC.
The Homegoing Service will be 3:00 PM Friday, September 30, at First Baptist Church, 521 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Bladenboro, NC. Burial, with military honors, will be in the Brooklyn Memorial Gardens.
Viewing will be at the Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at the First Baptist Church Friday one hour prior to and following the service.
Surviving are his wife, Claretha Lewis Lacy; daughters, Deana McQuitty of Greensboro, NC, Cleopatrice Robinson of Raleigh, NC, and Felicia Evans Long of Rockville, MD; brother, Rev. Cleopatrick Lacy of Griffin, GA; and three grandchilren.
